RJC Group staged the works to align with hotel operations, coordinating closely with building management and project stakeholders to manage access, sequencing, dust control and noise throughout delivery.

All restoration works were carried out in line with heritage requirements, with internal and external scopes carefully planned to protect the building’s character while supporting long-term durability and performance.
