RJC Group carried out the works as a carefully coordinated heritage restoration scope, with façade, roofing and sandstone reconstruction works planned to reinstate original architectural elements across the building. Each stage of the project was delivered with close attention to material consistency, heritage detailing and the visual character of the restored structure.

The scope combined roof restoration, slate works and sandstone reconstruction within a single heritage building envelope. All works were undertaken with a focus on preserving the building’s original presentation while improving its condition and long-term durability.
